RETURN & EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN OR EXCHANGE, YOUR ITEM MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
THE REQUEST MUST BE INITIATED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY.
THE ITEM MUST BE UNWORN, UNWASHED, AND UNUSED.
THE ITEM MUST BE IN ITS ORIGINAL, SALEABLE CONDITION WITH ALL ORIGINAL TAGS AND PACKAGING INTACT.
THERE SHOULD BE NO SIGNS OF WEAR, STAINS, ODORS, OR DAMAGE TO THE PRODUCT.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
TO START THE RETURN OR EXCHANGE PROCESS, PLEASE SEND AN EMAIL TO OUR SUPPORT TEAM AT SUPPORT@MILGRY.COM WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER.

ORDER NUMBER (E.G., #MG1001)
PRODUCT(S) YOU WISH TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE.
REASON FOR RETURN (E.G., SIZE ISSUE, NOT AS EXPECTED, ETC.).
FOR EXCHANGES: THE NEW SIZE YOU REQUIRE.
OUR TEAM WILL REVIEW YOUR REQUEST AND REPLY WITHIN 24-48 HOURS WITH APPROVAL AND INSTRUCTIONS FOR FURTHER STEPS.
REFUNDS
INSPECTION: ONCE WE RECEIVE YOUR RETURNED ITEM, IT WILL UNDERGO A QUALITY CHECK TO ENSURE IT MEETS THE ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA.
PROCESSING: AFTER THE QUALITY CHECK IS APPROVED, WE WILL PROCESS YOUR REFUND.
PREPAID ORDERS: THE REFUND WILL BE CREDITED DIRECTLY BACK TO YOUR ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD (CREDIT CARD, DEBIT CARD, UPI, ETC.).
CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) ORDERS: FOR COD ORDERS, OUR TEAM WILL REQUEST YOUR BANK DETAILS VIA EMAIL TO PROCESS THE REFUND SECURELY.
TIMELINE: PLEASE ALLOW 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS FOR THE REFUND TO REFLECT IN YOUR ACCOUNT AFTER THE QUALITY CHECK IS COMPLETE.
PLEASE NOTE: A FLAT FEE OF INR 100 WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND AMOUNT TO COVER REVERSE LOGISTICS AND HANDLING CHARGES. THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING FEE (IF ANY) IS NON-REFUNDABLE.
EXCHANGES
SIZE ISSUES: IF YOU NEED A DIFFERENT SIZE, YOU CAN REQUEST AN EXCHANGE FOR THE SAME PRODUCT, SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY.
PROCESSING: THE NEW ITEM WILL BE DISPATCHED AS SOON AS WE RECEIVE YOUR ORIGINAL ITEM AND IT PASSES THE QUALITY CHECK.
FINALITY: PLEASE NOTE THAT AN EXCHANGED PRODUCT IS CONSIDERED A FINAL SALE AND IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A SECOND RETURN OR EXCHANGE.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
IF YOU RECEIVE A DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEM, PLEASE EMAIL US AT SUPPORT@MILGRY.COM WITHIN 48 HOURS OF DELIVERY.
INCLUDE YOUR ORDER ID AND CLEAR PHOTOGRAPHS OF THE PRODUCT AND PACKAGING.
WE WILL ARRANGE FOR A REPLACEMENT AT NO EXTRA COST TO YOU.
